My healing journey began with Reiki and energy work, which opened my eyes to the power of bodywork. I looked into becoming a massage therapist and honestly, the licensing exams and passing rates scared me but I took the leap anyway.

After 7 years in the military, transitioning to civilian life was hard. I struggled with my mental health, couldn’t sleep, and kept searching for answers. Massage became the key to my own healing, and I fell in love with how it can ease pain, calm anxiety, and create a safe space to just breathe.

As an esthetician, I’ve been helping people heal their skin and now, I’m bringing massage into my practice so I can help my clients feel better overall. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, whether they come for skincare, bodywork, or simply a moment of peace.
