Booking & Deposits
To reserve your appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — we just ask for notice!
- 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 40% of the service total.
- No-shows will be charged 40% and may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
- 10-minute grace period provided.
- After 10 minutes, service time may be shortened to keep our schedule running smoothly.
- After 15 minutes, appointment may be cancelled and cancellation fee applied.
Refunds & Returns
- Service fees are non-refundable once the service is complete.
- Retail products can be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused.
- Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
Health & Safety
Your health and comfort are our priority.
- Please reschedule if you are sick, have a fever, or a contagious skin condition.
- Let us know about allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures before your treatment.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is only used for scheduling and treatment planning and is never shared.
